Not being able to attend the Auction due to another commitment, we asked Matt from YPH to bid for us. His knowledge of the market and interpersonal skills helped us to quickly define bidding limits and we were confident that we couldn’t have received a better result on the day of the auction. Immediately after the auction Matt phoned us with news of our success and gave an summary of how the bidding had progressed. The phone call was followed by an email containing a detailed list of items for our attention. I couldn’t recommend Matt and YPH more highly.
